Three mason jars filled with goji lemonade made with Navitas Organics Goji Berries and fresh lemons.

Goji Lemonade Recipe

Boost your homemade lemonade with antioxidants and micronutrients! This super low-sugar, low-glycemic lemonade tastes similar to an Arnold Palmer, thanks to the colorful addition of soaked goji berries.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)

1/4 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

25 drops Liquid Stevia (or sweetener, to taste)

Water

DIRECTIONS

Pour the lemon juice, goji berries and Stevia into a quart-sized mason jar.

Fill the remainder of the jar with water and stir to combine. Alternatively, mix the ingredients in a pitcher with 4 cups of water.

Let the lemonade sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the goji berries to swell and sweeten the lemonade.

Serve over ice.
