1 slice bread of choice, toasted

½ avocado, mashed (or sliced)

½ tsp. Navitas Organics Hemp Seeds

Pinch of sea salt

Squeeze of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Spread mashed avocado (or place avocado slices) on toast, then sprinkle with hemp seeds, salt and lemon juice.
